My last vehicle purchase from BMVW was my 7th between my wife and I. If you count our family and friends, it’s 10. This is the only place we buy our cars. This time we even got them to come out and install the Tesla wall charger. The process is always seamless. The staff is always friendly (I consider Mike a friend). If you are buying a gas engined car, buy from here. But if you are buying an electric vehicle, YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM HERE! You will not find a higher quality used EV inventory than BMVW!

My husband and I just left BMVW! We found the perfect car for our son’s graduation gift. The customer service was amazing from the initial call, to walking in and throughout their speedy process. The process was quick and easy, totally different from most dealerships. We found a great car, in excellent condition at a more than reasonable price! My son is going to be so happy! Thank you all for the great experience!

I purchased an electric vehicle in September, 2024. My first call to BMVW was very positive, Darlene spent 20 minutes patiently answered all of my questions. My experience the next day sold me on the car (exactly as described) and BMVW. Every person I interacted with (Mohsen, Mike, Rebecca, Darlene & Ansley) were friendly and helpful in making the process go smoothly even when minor issues arose they responded quickly. I especially appreciate the no sales pressure atmosphere coupled with zero fees and highly recommend BMVW!

My overall BMVW experience could not have been better. My wife and I live in Nashville and everyone immediately felt trustworthy and were super communicative. They were very honest and went above and beyond to provide us with all the information to feel comfortable for us to purchase our vehicle remotely. They were also extremely helpful to assist us in finding someone to ship the vehicle to us. The entire staff made the process so completely stress free and we would definitely refer anyone we know to them for future car purchases. Thanks so much again, BMVW!

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, so I decided to pay the dealership a visit. It is not your typical car buying process. The process was simple and pressure-free. The staff essentially leaves you to inspect the vehicle and ask any questions you may have. The price is as advised on the website, with you only paying state taxes. I would suggest anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give them a visit!

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from BMV W and it's always a wonderful experience, something you rarely say about a car dealership. Last month i even had good friends drive in from out of state to buy an electric car from these guys. Michael knows his stuff on ev options and is just a real real pleasure to do business with. He has been selling used electric vehicles in this area long before. Most folks were even considering the option. Me feel fortunate that we found this place.
