I had an excellent experience with this BMW dealership and couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of honesty, professionalism, and transparency throughout the entire process. There were absolutely no hidden costs or surprises, which made the experience stress-free and trustworthy from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Mike, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely trustworthy. His communication was clear, professional, and customer-focused. When we noticed a missing trim piece for the seatbelt on a brand-new 2025 Tesla Model 3, Mike immediately took responsibility and ensured the issue was handled properly. The dealership ordered the replacement part and installed it at no cost once it arrived. This level of integrity and follow-through truly sets them apart. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent and professional car-buying experience.

I had a great experience at this dealership! Everyone was very friendly, honest, and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right car for my needs and budget. The best part was there were no dealer fees, which was a nice surprise. I really recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car easily and without stress.

Bought a Tesla Model 3 and let me tell you it was the absolute easiest buying experience ever. I hate haggling, I hate finding out a great price online gets tons of stupid fees added....they don't do any of that garbage. You like car? You like the price? You walk out with your car at that price and all you had to say is, I'll take it. Love it. Wish all dealerships did this. Kudos to you!

TLDR: Get a car inspection (using Pomcar) if you're serious about purchasing a car with them. Make sure to bring a cashiers check or have a debit card that has a limit that can cover the cost of the car. They don't warn you about this over the phone or email. I flew in out of state to buy a 2023 Tesla and there was a lot that went into this purchase. I bought the car with cash. I first used Pomcar (a car inspection service) to get an inspection of the car, Pomcar found that the passenger side window did not close all the way which BMVW fixed (took about a week because they had to order a part to fix it). This should have been fixed before even listing the car so I'm lucky that Pomcar caught this and BMVW fixed it. After it got fixed, I put a down payment on the car which they held for me for a week. The biggest problem with them: They didn't tell me over the phone or over email that they only accept cashier's check or a debit card purchase. (Sure, maybe I should have known this but I hadn't bought a car in almost 10 years so I was unfamiliar with things. My bank also couldn't raise my limit that day, it's also the banks fault) After I flew in on a Friday and got to the dealership around 2pm I had the issue of them not accepting a personal check, a wire or a credit card (even though they accepted the down payment on a credit card) I tried contacting my bank and they didn't help. I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out how to get the money out of my account and to pay them. Finally after about 2-3 hours of unsuccessfully getting the money out of my account, they did offer to accept a personal check but held the title for 10 days. Then I finally started my day trip back home to my home state. I'm giving them 4 stars because they did not tell me about the passenger window not closing all the way, that's why I'm very thankful to Pomcar for catching this and they did not communicate the necessary purchase methods via phone or email to me.

I would say this place is for a specific type of client - the type that has an idea of want they want already and doesn't want to feel pressured into buying something. This place was by far the most no-pressure car dealership I've ever been to. I did a lot of research before going and actually came from hours away to go to this specific place. In the end I thought they offered great prices and I had a super smooth transaction. I recommend them to anyone that doesn't want to feel pressured into purchasing a car. Also, I know they can't control the longevity of the vehicles, but for what it is worth I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and have had no issues at all.

If you are looking for a tesla, this is definitely the best place to buy one from. Huge selection, quality/clean vehicles, friendly helpful trustworthy staff and have to mention literally the BEST prices in Georgia. BMVW just became a lifelong dealer to me!!!
