Bought a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from here back in January of this year. It had to be one of the easiest and most relaxing car purchases I’ve made. No pushy sales person BUT they were available if you needed one to talk to about anything. They give you a free 20 minutes to drive the car by yourself where you want to drive and being right by the highway it was pretty easy to do both a local and highway test to really feel the car out. The paperwork process was easy quick and pain free. No gotcha moments anywhere!!!Car is still running pretty well 5 months later and I’ll be back for my next ride. Highly recommend!

I had an unforgettable experience at BMVW. Mr. Toosi was incredibly helpful in finding an electric car within my budget. The showroom had a great selection of vehicles, and the staff were all polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The entire process was smooth, and I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. I really appreciated the quality and variety of cars shown to me. I highly recommend BMVW and will definitely return in the future!

I've always hoped there were dealerships that existed like this one. The experience was fantastic, zero pressure and a truly pain free documentation process. We were shocked that there were no gotcha fees or dealership fees. The price is the price which is so refreshing compared to the rest of the industry. Other large dealerships Tesla's were in much worse shape and not even charged but this crew knows exactly what they are doing. After we choose my son's first car we provided a little information to the front desk and were told to explore the lot while they prepared everything. After about 15 mins, documentation was ready to be signed and that took 15 mins as well. I've never purchased a car so quickly and so hassle free. We will always look here first. Thank you BMVW team!!

Very good experience. Great communication. The transaction wasn't the smoothest - all my fault - but they were patient and accommodating. Most importantly, the car came as advertised. Very happy. A shout out to Rebecca and Ainsley for great customer service!

I had an amazing experience at BMVW. Mr. Toosi, went above and beyond to help me find my dream car within my budget. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire process was smooth, and I felt genuinely cared for. I love my car and they gave it to me in excellent condition. I can’t recommend this place enough—I'll definitely be returning for all my future car purchases!

Honestly the chillest car buying experience ever. Everyone here is super honest and actually nice — like, they care if you’re happy, not just trying to sell you something fast.They explain everything clearly and don’t sugarcoat anything. They’ll even tell you the stuff other places would hide, like what might go wrong with a car or what to look out for.No pressure, no sketchy vibes — just good people who want you to find something that really works for you. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this place 5 months ago..the car was high mileage but maintained very well & they we 100% truthful … No issues at all so far 🙂 no extra fees definitely recommend!!
