Hard to believe that you can have a pleasant experience, buying a used car. But people at BMVW proved that is possible. From start, answering questions, making the process super easy, cooperative for multiple test drives, making recommendations that fits your need to make the process super easy with no gaming or gimmicks. Never felt pressured to buy or rushed to make decisions, or trying to hit you with hidden fees or ripping you off on extra services and unnecessary cost, the whole thing was an absolute great experience. Experience thanks to Moss and Mike and team. I highly recommend this place for you to get you car, electric or traditional.

I bought a nissan leaf from here in 2017. I just realized I forgot to leave a review of bmvw. I had the car for 7 years and sold it to a friend. I replaced the tires a few times, windshield wipers, cabin filter and 12v battery. That's it. The experience at bmvw was great, pressure free and the car had no issues at all in the 7 years of ownership.

Took a gamble and purchased a Toyota sienna from BMVW, I live in central fl and have been looking for a clean van with low miles for a few months, preferably a 2015-16, I thought a toyota dealer was the best option, but was i wrong, in fla they add about 3 thousand dollars to the advertised price ($999 dealer fee, $899 tag fee and a $1200 detailing fee) I was severely disappointed with every van i looked at, and now they won't quit calling. Anyway I called and talked with Mike about a 2015 XLE Premium with 62,536 miles and he assured me it was as the pictures showed, was very well taken care of, So i paid a $ 500 deposit, booked a $120 airline ticket,and a $40 taxi ride,landed at 9:30 arrived 10:30 and started my 8 hr. drive at 11:30. really glad i took the gamble, and they offer a 100 day buyback program

Got a great price on an EV ! The owner was helpful in assisting me with a wire transfer from my bank since I was from out of town and didn't have a checkbook. Only small complaint was that I called an hour before I came to make sure the car I saw online was available. They said yes. When I got there it was like "Oh we just sold that one 20 minutes ago." Hmmm, really?. But I did find another one I liked.

Great experience buying a vehicle. I usually hate dealing with car dealerships, the long waits and back and forth games but this was very different. I found my vehicle online obtained my financing went in to find that I was welcomed but not overwhelmed. I drove the truck and came back to purchase it. The paperwork was completed very quickly and I was in and out in less than an hour. They handled everything very efficiently and provided wonderful customer service.
